Outersignal is definitely my favorite software right now. We've spent a lot of time trying to build personas; and this is the best persona tool I've seen. Huge implications across the funnel.

lol @getoutersignal is so wild. we've been installed for about a month now and so far have found these folks buying organically from us: - a massive HGTV reality star - hundreds of social media chefs - an international olympic athlete - charle's barkely's wife - hundreds of CEOs and executives - new customer personas we weren't previously aware of so powerful.

for another brand of mine, we found A-list celeb managers purchasing and will now use it to light up a wild campaign

I'm not usually a fan of SAAS tools for DTC as they are usually over-priced and they under-deliver value. Outersignal is the real deal.

Installed Outersignal on the Shopify site. Everyone who's shared of course has called out the features of finding VIPS who've bought from your brand. But I want to call out how amazing the persona's report is. Really great breakdown of who your actual customer is. Big value.

By far the most impressive software Ive used for Shopify is OuterSignal. It gives you a detailed breakdown of each customer and alerts you if any influential people buy from you. We found a ton of huge influential people that we're now sending packages to. It's a must have in your software stack.

We've also made custom audiences out of cohorts and they've worked across the funnel

I've been deep in retention for years, and I'm rarely impressed by SaaS tools. But @getoutersignal might be the wildest platform I've seen in ecom. You can see what customers do for a living, home value ranges, interests, etc. The depth of the data is kind of insane?? Guess not shocked as to how they picked up so many incredible customers this quickly. Bravo, @noahsfriedman and team, such a cool idea.

Hey Pauly - we generate personas in OuterSignal and then allow you to easily tag those customers with their assigned persona in Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.

I think I just found one of the most powerful ecom tools to hit the market in years. Basically every ecomm brand has celebrities, influencers, investors, and other cool/influential people that organically buy their product. But unless they spend hours sifting through Shopify (or happen to notice somehow), they have no clue these people have purchased. OuterSignal was designed to identify “influential” buyers so brands can action on relationship-building with organic customers, rather than cold-sourcing folks like influencer partners, for example. The time to value with this type of tool is unparalleled, IMO. Only 3 steps. 1. Integrate w/ your ecomm platform. 2. Tell OuterSignal what characteristics you want flagged as a buyer worth highlighting, and they call out those buyers for you. 3. Check out fully enriched profiles on each of these “influential” buyers. (Works w/ historical & new transactions after you set up). But the reason I’m especially bullish on OuterSignal is because they quickly realized the potential for these enriched profiles aside from just VIP buyers. Read more
